Daylight Saving Time!
Mar. 14th, 2010 06:14 pmI just wanted to publicly shout for joy that daylight saving time is here.
Winter is always a sucky time for me for a number of reasons, and one of the biggest is that I don't get outside as much as I'd like. An extra hour of daylight at the end of the day is an extra hour that I can use to get outside. An hour less daylight when I am still in bed, or at the most, dealing with morning trivia, is no help to me at all.
This winter has been especially awful for me, and the beginning of daylight saving time is an important symbolic step in putting it behind me.
