tigertoyI was at Carle yesterday where there's a working scale. I weighted 214.8, which is about 7 lbs. less than 17 days ago (the last time I was there) and about 5 lbs. less than I've weighed in at least 20 years. Keeping myself too busy to snack has much to recommend it.
