Fortune Cookie

I assume everyone's familiar with the fortune cookie game. You know, where you re-evaluate your fortune with 'in bed' tacked onto the end.

Yesterday, I had dinner at Four Seasons House in Champaign, and I got a great fortune:

You are capable, competent, creative, careful.  Prove it.

What a great opportunity! Unfortunately, I was having dinner with my mother.

My mom went home, and I went off to a friend's house and played board games. (The game night was the reason I didn't go home and make my own dinner the way I normally do. You'd have to ask my mom why she felt inspired to join me.) I won Ticket to Ride, but I did relatively poorly at Chinatown.
