Culinary disasters
Nov. 1st, 2005 10:02 pmThis is really annoying.
My latest culinary trick is making burritos. I fry up some hamburger, or today finely chopped round steak because I needed to cook it, with diced tomatoes, a little tomato sauce, and seasonings, plop a dollop on a tortilla, a dollop of refried beans, a little shredded lettuce, and a little cheese, roll up and enjoy.
That's the plan. But today, when I opened the package of tortillas, I discover that they're stuck together so tightly that they tear apart rather than separating into individual tortillas. It's really hard to make burritos out of this.
