I've just made my on-line registration for DucKon.  Sometime soon, I need to make arrangements for a room.  The big question is whether I'll want to stay over Sunday night.  (Of course, if I actually get a job I probably won't have the option, but plans could be changed in that event.)  So, who's going?  Who has plans to stay for the Dead Duck filk?  Is there going to be an official Dead Duck filk, or just a regular party?  Who are featured filkers other than Jordin?  Will they be around Sunday night?  Any thoughts or opinions?

We'd really like to stay, but if i'm remembering last year (my first Duck) correctly it started rather later than worked out with our schedule. Not sure if i'll have the work-time available to skip monday & stay this year.

Sorry - not much help for your decision :) But will be watching the other answers to try and figure out my plans to, i guess. Also, thanks for the reminder on hotels - will need to get one for the xaplings and i next week.

Sorry, I got the email but didn't respond. I'm pretty good with the Java language but I don't recognize all the technologies he mentioned; I couldn't hit the ground running.

Also, of special interest to some, possibly including you, Young Fan Programming is bringing in a Raptor Rehabilitator on Sunday morning, including, at last report, some of the birds.
