DucKon report, part 0

I would have posted the "I made it home safely from DucKon last night" post last night, but the idiots at eGIX once again didn't think it was worth bothering to have the T1 line plugged into their modem bank, so while my modem could connect to them, I couldn't actually connect to the Internet.  *snarl*

So, I made it home safely from DucKon.  It was a good con for me, except for being sick Saturday night and completely missing the filk.

Major highlights: the Wild Bird Sanctuary folks, Gray and Becca's pre-wedding party, having the Artist Guest of Honor buy one of my pictures, hugs and support from many friends.

Major low points: sick Saturday night, only selling two pictures, not being able to be in two (or more) places at once.

I'll try to post more words and some pictures before I leave for Minnesota, but I've got a bunch of things I have to do between now and Thursday and I may not get to it.

Good seeing you this weekend too. The party was a blast! I loved your photos. Congrats on selling a couple of them. Which ones sold? Looking forward to seeing you this coming weekend!

"Chillin'" (the three tigers in the water tank) and "Bliss" (the tiger in the tank with the log, who looks like he's so happy he's about to dissolve). It's the same water tank. Ironically, these are the oldest photos of all the ones I show off, taken with the $200 pocket camera before I got a real one. But they've only been Photoshop-processed and made ready for sale relatively recently. I was surprised that the new cute tiger picture didn't sell.
