DucKon report, part 0
Jun. 12th, 2006 01:29 pmI would have posted the "I made it home safely from DucKon last night" post last night, but the idiots at eGIX once again didn't think it was worth bothering to have the T1 line plugged into their modem bank, so while my modem could connect to them, I couldn't actually connect to the Internet. *snarl*
So, I made it home safely from DucKon. It was a good con for me, except for being sick Saturday night and completely missing the filk.
Major highlights: the Wild Bird Sanctuary folks, Gray and Becca's pre-wedding party, having the Artist Guest of Honor buy one of my pictures, hugs and support from many friends.
Major low points: sick Saturday night, only selling two pictures, not being able to be in two (or more) places at once.
I'll try to post more words and some pictures before I leave for Minnesota, but I've got a bunch of things I have to do between now and Thursday and I may not get to it.
