When I make burritos, I try to have just enough filling for all of the package of tortillas, but I never put quite enough into the first few so the last few end up fatter.  It occurred to me, as I was overstuffing the last tortillas in the package, that other people approach life differently.  Some people would put too much in the first few and stretch the filling so the last few were skimpy.  And some people would just make burritos until they ran out of something and not care if it came out even.

I'm a "count the tortillas and pre-divide the filling" kind of person. :-)

Well, what I didn't explain in the original post was that, since I'm cooking for myself, I make a couple of burritos at a time and put the fixin's back in the fridge. I could carefully adjust the filling into N equal piles, and then stuff N-1 piles into one leftover container, or I could put N-1 separate containers into the fridge, but either one seems like too much trouble.
