Home from OVFF

Safely home from OVFF. I've been very depressed lately, so I came in not really emotionally ready for a con (to say nothing of musically). It helped to spend the weekend with friends. It didn't help to get the news on Saturday that my uncle passed away suddenly.

I'm not going to write a long post, because if I try to do that, I'll never post anything at all.

I decided last year that I would skip OVFF and go to Moogfest this year, as they were the same weekend in 2012. But Moogfest got pushed back six months, to the end of April 2014.

Despite that change, I still skipped OVFF because for the past several years, the number of hugs I got there was far outnumbered by the number of snubs. I only connected with about two dozen people out of 300.
